They are standard match balls size 5 (32 panels) and they are hand-sewn.

The balls' coverings are made from synthetic leather and not full grain leather (as used in the past) because leather has a tendency to absorb water causing the ball to become very heavy.

These quality balls are made using multiple layers of lining (4) as with most professional products. Layers are composed of polyester and cotton bonded (laminated) together to give the ball strength, structure and bounce

The bladder of the ball is made using butyl, which compared to latex bladders,  retains air for longer periods of time..
